Influence by RCL provides executive coaching both individual or group mentoring using the Mastermind Group session, and Lunch & Learn sessions methodologies, leadership team building using The Leadership Game and Maxwell leadership assessment tools to measure where you are in your current leadership journey, and providing speaking and teaching using proven effective John Maxwell Programs and content.

Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is principally about change. Coaching is the most potent tool to induce lasting personal change to one’s business and/or personal results. It is about developing emotional intelligence and conscious awareness. Coaching brings the participant(s) to a greater self awareness of their potential, begging for self expression through increased creativity in advanced thinking. Coaching will make conscious new belief systems key for driving actions and behaviours responsible for improving their leadership performance and business results. In business, coaching is a leadership behaviour that lies at the opposite end of the spectrum to command and control, and in effect addresses the whole person, not just ‘the role’ and business issues. Improved awareness will bring their results faster and better. The participant(s) will become a better version of themselves.

 

Executive coaching can be for an individual or group participants of 5 – 8.  Group coaching of this size is recommended as best size for richer experience and observational learning process.  Individual coaching sessions can be face to face or by telephone, while group coaching is most recommended on face-to-face basis.  The term of each coaching agreement / relationship is for a minimum of 12 sessions or 6 months unless otherwise stated/agreed. This ensures the participant(s) best chances of making major steps forward in your awareness and goals. The participant(s) results will vary depending on how long the coaching relationship and what actions the participant(s) take. The duration of each coaching session will be 60 – 90 minutes.

As a certified John Maxwell Coach, our responsibility is to provide content, insight, tools, wisdom, framework, ideas, and feedback. The participant(s) responsibility is to move from awareness to action and accountability. Each participant in the coaching alliance creates and holds the agenda, making every alliance uniquely designed to serve only the success of the participant. The process is diverse and expansive. It can cover a breadth of issues, such as dealing with the immediate obstacles that are preventing growth, personal communication and impact as well as building the vision and plan against a life’s dream and goal.

 

In summary, coaching is about the marriage of a persons’ potential with performance. The context is to allow people to learn rather than teach them.

Mentoring through Mastermind Group

As a John Maxwell Teacher/Mentor, we use the so-called Mastermind Group process  to do Mentoring whereby a group of 8 -12 individual executives or leaders get together and as a group, masterminds the learnings based on  John Maxwell’s books in a group setting aimed at focusing on the results they individually have at work and allowing them to see things differently and get new perspectives on goals and action plans to improve their individual performance.

Individually, each will come out of the session with more perspectives other than their own which is a powerful outcome. Masterminding John’s leadership books usually takes 8 – 10 weeks at 2 hours each weekly sessions. This is designed for busy executives and business
